Time change and so is our engine parts industry,

All major engine makers have renewed their engine systems to cope with increasing demand for less emission and fuel economy. When we repair those engines with Euro 5 or Euro 6 emission standards, we witness more and more new parts being installed inside. For example, Aluminum pistons are replaced with steel pistons,  liners are equipped with anti-carbon polishing rings, and piston rings are coated with PVD or ceramic......  All those new parts-making processes are required much higher industrial investment and much bigger technology complexity, only world-leading manufacturers can afford this investment and have the qualified personnel to produce those parts.

Thanks to our 20 years of experience in engine piston manufacturing and working in the global auto parts supply chain, China Merit Engine Parts Limited has all those technologies on hand to serve our customers around the world. 

  

 We are capable of producing cast iron diesel pistons, articulated steel 2 Pcs pistons,  1 Pcs steel mono pistons, and 1 Pcs friction welding pistons.   For Liner, We are capable of producing anti-carbon polishing liner, steel liner, and induction hardened liners.  For Ring, we are capable of supplying all necessary excellent base metal material and different coatings like PVD and CKS coating.
